I have experienced 2 problems.
1. Scan button does not work - neither with Vista nor with XP, so it must be a printer related or driver problem. 2. I can't get it to allow me to custom size the feed paper. I go to Printing Preferences, then to Features. In the Resizing Options section I choose Custom in the Size box. The minute I do that, a new window appears with the message "The custom paper size you have just defined will not become available for selection until you have exited and re-entered the Printing Preferences/Properties." But that's precisely where I am. If I exit and go back to Properties, I end up with the same result. I can not seem to find a way to define a paper size different from those that are listed. I'm sure this is something simple, but I am quite baffled. Any suggestions out there? Tks Malcolm Kennedy |
